Our Pavilion is For Rent with a Reservation.  This includes the Pavilion, the restroom, 3 Door Refrigeration to use, and our Ice Machine.  (May 1 - September 15)  Dates Subject to Availability.

Our pricing starts at $300 for a 4-hour window for your party, family reunion, get together.

This allows time to set up, clean up, and have a 3-hour party.

If you need more time than that, we require an additional $50 per hour exceeding 4 hours.

KARAOKE or DJ Services can be added for an additional $300 during the Pavilion Rental for the day of the event.   (You are allowed to hire other Karaoke or DJ Services)

We also have Officiant Services for Weddings for an additional $300, which includes doing the service and notarizing the documents during the wedding.  (You are allowed to hire other Officiants).

We offer a $500 package for Wedding Services, which would include the night before the wedding for rehearsal and the day of the wedding (Pavilion time only).

Depending on how many services you would require, we can work out better pricing to include what you need.

We require a $200 Security Deposit in addition to the above fees, which will be returned when the Pavilion is left clean and damage-free.
